Gene Assembly Application Note
Polymerase cycling assembly (PCA) provides a simple and convenient strategy for the assembly of genes from relatively short oligos. Success rates depend on oligo quality, polymerase error, and the efficiency of cloning and screening procedures.
Written in collaboration with Stowers Institute for Medical Research, this application note demonstrates a simple, rapid workflow using the benchtop SYNTAX System for same-day oligo synthesis followed by PCA. Full-length, perfect clones were successfully generated in a secure environment with full control over sequence data.
